Calnetix has developed proprietary production techniques which offer low production costs for low volume production levels. Calnetix is able to meet the demands of OEM orders ranging from a few hundred units to a few thousand. With each order Calnetix meets all costs, quality requirements, and delivery schedules to deliver the highest quality product possible.

Calnetix has a flawless track record for developing and producing units to all of its customers in various industries.
All design, development, prototyping and testing takes place at the Calnetix headquarters located at 23895 Via Del Rio, Yorba Linda, CA 92887. With over 40,000 sq. ft. of space, Calnetix is able to house not only component test rigs but also subsystem and complete system testing equipment and benches all in one location. The California facility is ISO 9001:2008 certified. Additionally, this facility accommodates prototyping and low volume production for various applications.

Calnetix's facility meets all applicable environmental laws and regulations of federal, state (California), county (Los Angeles), and city (Yorba Linda). These laws and regulations include, but are not limited to, the following areas: airborne emissions, waterborne effluents, external radiation levels, outdoor noise, solid and bulk waste disposal practices, and handling and storage of toxic and hazardous materials.

Medium volume production is generally transferred to a manufacturing facilitiy in Mexico. These facilities are strategically utilized depending on the volumes, mostly for labor intensive components. All materials are procured and staged in the United States and transferred to the Mexico facility for manufacturing.

For high volume production, Calnetix’s strategy is to either license or create a joint venture with industry leaders in high volume production. Calnetix plans on licensing the technology specifically as ilt applies to the automotive industry.
