VYCON is a company focused on marketing and manufacturing flywheel energy storage systems in a wide range of applications for worldwide distribution.

VYCON identified a significant market opportunity for a highly efficient yet cost effective energy storage flywheel system suited to the needs of the power quality and UPS markets.

Targeted industries for the VYCON flywheel include diesel generator backup power ride through, stand alone UPS for power conditioning, load leveling for distributed generation systems, and specialized short duration “peak loading” applications.
