Electronics Assembler

We are currently seeking an Electronics Assembler who will be responsible to assemble high precision electro-mechanical assemblies in accordance with applicable drawings, schematics and specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Assembly of high precision coil windings, sensors and electric motor components and sub-assemblies
  • Soldering of fine wiring
  • Encapsulation of electrical assemblies
  • Follow blueprints, routers and work instructions

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 certification or equivalent
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly instructions, process routers and work instructions
  • Manual dexterity required.  Ability to use fine precision tools, fixtures, testing apparatus
  • Able to work on prototype, engineering and production type hardware, using sketches and verbal instructions or notes
  • 3-5 years’ experience assembling electrical parts in a production environment

Work Environment / Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, or masks may be required in some assembly areas
